Arun Antony is a seasoned HR executive with over two and a half decades in the IT services industry, with vast experience aligning people strategies with organizational growth objectives. He founded Axyle in February 2025. Previously, Arun served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Eviden (Atos) in the Americas and was part of Atos Americas' Executive Committee. He held various HR leadership roles at Syntel before its acquisition by Atos. Arun's experience also includes positions at Aricent (Capgemini), HCL, and Quscient to name a few. His expertise spans global recruitment, mergers and acquisitions, workforce management, compensation and benefits, change management, and talent development.He has built global HR teams and transformed talent practices to foster trusted work environments. Arun has worked in India, the UK& USA. Arun is currently based in Nashville, Tennessee. Arun holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Loyola College, Chennai, and a Master's in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work and completed value for executive leaders program from INSEAD, France.
